Yes, I can now do Home Loans now (in MY name)! I am now certified and able to do a few different types of loans: FHA Loans (very popular in today's market), CalPERS Loans (really great program for State employees) and CalSTRS Loans (amazing for CA teachers!). Now, I need to get my CA Real Estate license...
